A West Midlands based cloud-based customer and billing solution provider has been awarded a large international project down under.
Walsall-based Aptumo has been selected by Australia’s North East Water to help improve its customer service to a population of more than 110,000 people across 39 towns in North East Victoria.
Aptumo, which is powered by Echo Managed Services, was selected by the Victoria-based water utility company to support its investment in its internal systems, which serve thousands of people in the South East of the country, covering an area of approximately 20,000 sq km.
Aptumo was recently instructed by Coliban Water, also in Victoria, Australia.
