Fast growing IT support services business, IDT Limited, reveals their ambitious job creation plans following a full rebrand.
IDT Limited, which is based on Mercian Park in Ilkeston and provides complete and bespoke IT support for companies, will grow dramatically over the next two years on the back of the rebrand, which has seen a new website and commercial identity developed by Nottingham brand experts Tribe Rizk McCay.
The company has also hired two new staff, with IT Support Engineers Jason Tems and Josh Hutchinson joining the team.
Luke Draper, Managing Director of IDT explained the reasoning behind the new branding. He said:
“We have changed dramatically over the last few years and the existing brand and website didn’t demonstrate who we were at all. We are great at what we do but up to now haven’t been great in shouting about it and for a business who has been around for 24 years many do not know we exist. We wanted to change that.
“We wanted it to clearly show our company’s key values and engage with new customers who want more than just the standard ticket-based IT company. We are human and offer a service like no other business in our sector, as you will see from a handful of our case studies on the businesses and organisations we support, we make a difference. Many businesses put up with poor service but are too scared to move their IT as it is perceived is too complex and too much risk. We squash those myths.”
